Urban Scenes

Rather than simply recording place, I aim to evoke a psychological presence within it. Influenced by artists who embrace imperfection, ambiguity, and performance—Daido Moriyama, Nan Goldin, Cindy Sherman, Francesca Woodman—I use photography not just to document reality but to complicate it. My images negotiate presence and absence, attraction and discomfort, voyeurism and empathy.
